Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad će obuhvaćati organizaciju izgradnje turističkog objekta na području Rtine, Zadarska županija. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je da se uz pomoć upravljanja projektima osmisli idejni projekt za turistički objekt, da se definiraju rokovi i smanje troškovi projekta i samo vrijeme izrade turističkog objekta; odnosno da se odredi optimalno vrijeme za izvršenje projekta u što kraćem vremenu, najekonomičnije, ali bez gubitka kvalitete. U ovom diplomskom radu koristit će se gantogrami i mrežni dijagrami te softver Microsoft project.

Abstract (english)

This graduate thes is will include the organization of a construction of a tourist facility in the area of Rtina. Zadar County. The aim is to design a conceptual design for a tourist facility with a help of project management, to define deadlines and reduce project costs and the time of a tourists facility; to determine the optimal time for project execution in the shortest possible time, the most economical but without any loss of quality. Gantt charts and network diagrams and Microsoft project software will be used in this thesis.
