Abstract

Budući da su sve učestalije štete na šumama uzrokovane elementarnim nepogodama potrebno je u što kraćem periodu dobiti uvid u stanje na terenu. Kod takvih situacija neophodne su primjene metoda daljinskih istraživanja, temeljem kojih će se ukazati na brojne mogućnosti i prednosti korištenja u odnosu na terestričke metode. Kada se spominju prednosti daljinskih istraživanja, prvenstveno se misli na veličinu inventarizirane površine, nepristupačnosti terena i utrošeno vrijeme.
U radu će se interpretacijom snimaka na području istraživanja ustanoviti i analizirati stanje šuma (razmjer/intezitet), odrediti površinska rasprostranjenost, proučiti značajke terena (nadmorska visina, nagib, ekspozicija) te utvrditi njihov eventualni utjecaj na stanje šuma. U kombinaciji s postojećim podatcima dobiti će se kvalitetni podatci za određivanje i inventarizaciju šteta (kartiranje) potrebnih pri uzgajanju, uređivanju, zaštiti i iskorištavanju šuma.

Abstract (english)

More frequent damage caused by elemental disasters in forest it is necessary to gain insight into the situation in the field as soon as possible. In this situations, the use of remote sensing methods is necessary, which will demonstrate the many possibilities and advantages of using in relation to terrestrial methods. When the benefits of remote sensing are mentioned, it is primarily about the size of the inventoried surface, the ground inaccessibility, and the time spent.
In this paper the results of the research will determine and analyze the state of the forest (scale/intensity), determine the surface distribution, study the terrain characteristics (altitude, inclination, exposure) and determine their possible impact on the state of the forest. Combined with existing data, quality data will be obtained for the determination and inventory of damage (mapping) needed for silviculture, management, protection and exploitation of forests.
