Abstract
U ovom se radu obradila problematika šumske protupoţarne prometne infrastrukture kroz analizu dostupnosti površina u slučaju požara. Postoje mnoga šumska područja koja nisu pristupačna za mehanizirano gašenje požara, stoga je vrlo vaţno analizirati sve čimbenike, koji utječu na intervenciju u slučaju šumskog požara. Utvrdila se postojeća protupoţarna prometna infrastruktura na području otoka Raba, NPŠO Rab, te položaj vatrogasne postrojbe toga područja. Analizom postojeće protupožarne prometne infrastrukture određuje se vrijeme potrebno za intervenciju vatrogasnog vozila, te daje prijedlog daljnjih mjera, kako bi to isto vrijeme skratilo. Također su se izvršile i druge prostorne analize, a sve s ciljem unaprjeđenja zaštite od požara i pravilnog planiranja novih protupožarnih prometnica.
