Abstract

U radu je prikazana problematika pilanske obrade obične jele kao najzastupljenije vrste drva
četinjača u našim šumama, a samim time i u pilanskoj obradi drva. Istražene su greške koje
najznačajnije utječu na njenu obradu, te drvo jele kao pilanska sirovina i kao pilanski proizvod.
Opisano je razvrstavanje jelovih trupaca i piljenica prema Hrvatskim i Europskim normama. Također
su prikazani načini i metode obrade jelovih trupaca i piljenica u primarnoj i sekundarnoj pilani.
Nadalje je prikazana uspješnost pilanske obrade jele na temelju čimbenika kvantitativnog,
kvalitativnog i vrijednosnog iskorištenja

Abstract (english)

The paper presents the issue of sawmill processing of common fir as the most represented
coniferous species in Croatian forests, and thus in sawmill wood processing. Defects of that most
significantly affect its processing were investigated, and fir wood as a sawmill raw material and as a
sawmill product. The classification of fir logs and sawmilling products according to Croatian and
European standards is described. The ways and methods of processing fir logs and sawmilling in the
primary and secondary sawmill are also presented. Furthermore, the success of sawmill processing of
fir based on the factors of quantitative, qualitative and value yields is presented.
