Abstract

Cilj završnog rada je analizirati neke od glavnih klimatskih elemenata i indeksa na području Velebitskog podgorja. Analizirani su klimatski podatci s meteoroloških postaja Senj, Jablanac i Karlobag. Prema Köppenu, klima na području Velebitskog podgorja je klima razreda C, umjereno topla kišna klima. Na području Senja gotovo da i nema sušnog razdoblja dok su vruća ljeta i sušna razdoblja tijekom srpnja i početkom kolovoza na meteorološkim postajama Jablanac i Karlobag. Prema vrijednostima Langovog kišnog faktora klima na području Velebitskog podgorja je semihumidna. Od Senja prema jugu područja istraživanja povećavaju se vrijednosti srednjih godišnjih temperatura zraka i iznosa potencijalne evapotranspiracije, a smanjuju se količine oborine i srednje brzine vjetra. Apsolutno kolebanje temperatura zraka na meteorološkim postajama bilo je od -10,4 ˚C do 39,7 ˚C. Maksimalna brzina vjetra iznosila je 32,7 bofora na području meteorološke postaje Senj, a najučestaliji vjetar je smjera istok sjeveroistok odnosno sjeveroistok

Abstract (english)

The aim of the final paper is to analyze some of the main climatic elements and indices in the Velebit podgorje area. Climatic data from meteorological stations Senja, Jablanac and Karlobag were analyzed. According to Köppen, the climate in the Velebit podgorje is a class C climate, a moderately warm rainy climate. In the area of Senj there is almost no dry period, and with hot summer and dry period during July and early August at the meteorological stations Jablanac and Karlobag. According to the values of the Lang rain factor, the climate in the Velebit podgorje is semi-humid. From Senj to the south of the area, the values of mean annual air temperatures and the amount of potential evapotranspiration increase, while the amounts of precipitation and mean wind speeds decrease. The absolute fluctuation of air temperatures at meteorological stations was from -10.4 ˚C to 39.7 ˚C. The maximum wind speed was 32.7 Beaufort in the area of the meteorological station Senj, and the most frequent wind is east-northeast or northeast.
