Abstract (croatian)

Šumarski fakultet svoju opremu rabi u nastavi, znanstvenoistraživačkom radu i stručnom radu, najčešće u suradnji s gospodarstvom. Danas je nezamislivo izvoditi kvalitetnu nastavu bez rada u laboratorijima, praktikumima i radionicama s modernom opremom. Znanje jest temeljni preduvjet, ali uporabom opreme povećavaju se mogućnosti i šire se granice znanja. Laboratoriji i oprema nezamjenjivi su u izradi završnih i diplomskih radova te specijalističkih i doktorskih radova. Za svaki ozbiljniji... More znanstvenoistraživački rad potrebna je zahtjevna znanstvena oprema i uređaji. Prestižne znanstvene publikacije objavljuju radove znanstvenika koji rabe suvremenu opremu u akreditiranim laboratorijima. Suradnja s gospodarstvom omogućuje priljev sredstava nužnih za održavanje i umjeravanje opreme te za nabavu nove opreme nužne u istraživanjima. Katalog opreme predstavlja naše potencijale u obrazovanju, znanosti i suradnji s gospodarstvom. Namjena mu je da bude naša posjetnica studentima, kolegama u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu te partnerima u gospodarstvu. Katalog opreme ukazuje na naše strateške odrednice usmjerene na transparentnost, otvorenost, interdisciplinarnost i transfer tehnologije u gospodarstvo. Želja nam je da osim upoznavanju naših sadašnjih i budućih partnera s našim potencijalima posluži i još boljoj suradnji između znanstvenika naših dvaju odsjeka, Šumarskog odsjeka i Drvnotehnološkog odsjeka, u čijim je istraživanjima sve više dodirnih točaka. Katalog će također poslužiti i u sustavnom planiranju zamjene dotrajale opreme i nabave nove. Katalog opreme Šumarskog fakulteta popisuje opremu Šumarskog i Drvnotehnološkog odjeka po zavodima. Navedeni su laboratoriji pojedinog zavoda i oprema instalirana u pojedinom laboratoriju i na pripadnim radnim poligonima. Uz svaki uređaj ili dio opreme navedena je i osoba za kontakt zadužena za opremu, što omogućava svakom zainteresiranom znanstveniku, studentu ili gospodarskom subjektu detaljniji uvid u tražene pojedinosti i potrebne informacije te instrukcije za rad na opremi. Oprema Šumarskog fakulteta nabavljena je sredstvima Ministarstva znanosti, obrazovanja i sporta, vlastitim sredstvima ostvarenim na tržištu, sredstvima europskih fondova te u suradnji s gospodarstvom ili donacijama pojedinih tvrtki. Zahvaljujemo svim institucijama i tvrtkama koje su financirale nabavu opreme, a osobito znanstvenicima Šumarskog fakulteta koji su velik dio vlastitih sredstava ostvarenih na tržištu usmjerili u uređenje laboratorija, nabavu opreme i njezino održavanje. Također zahvaljujemo svima onima koji su sudjelovali u uređenju laboratorija te nabavi i instaliranju opreme. Abstract (english)

Faculty of Forestry uses its equipment in teaching activities, as well as in scientific-research and professional work mostly in cooperation with economic subjects. Today, it is impossible to conduct quality teaching activities without practical work in laboratories, practicums and workshops equipped with modern equipment. Knowledge is basic prerequisite but with the use of equipment possibilities and knowledge boundaries are increased. Laboratories and equipment are indispensable in... More making of final and diploma as well as specialist and doctoral thesis. For any serious scientific-research work demanding equipment and devices are requested. Prestigious scientific publications publish papers of scientists who use modern equipment in accredited laboratories. Cooperation with economic subjects enables inflow of funds necessary for the maintenance and calibration of existing and for purchase of new equipment. Equipment catalogue represents our potentials in education, science and cooperation with economic subjects. Its main purpose is to act as our visit card for students, colleagues in Croatia and abroad and partners in the economy. Catalogue indicates our strategic guidelines aimed at transparency, openness, interdisciplinary and transfer of technology to economy. It is our wish that this Catalogue, beside of introducing our current and future partners with our potentials, also serves for even better cooperation between scientists of our two sections, that is Forestry and Wood technology sections in whose research there are increasingly more connecting points. The Catalogue will also be used in systematic planning of replacing worn out equipment and purchase of new one. Faculty of Forestry’s equipment catalogue lists equipment installed on each department of Forestry and Wood technology sections. Each department’s laboratories are listed, as well as equipment installed in individual laboratory and associated working polygons. In addition to each individual device or equipment contact data of person in charge is given, which enables any potentially interested scientist, student or economic subject to get detailed insight into the required details and necessary information and instructions for the operation of the equipment. Equipment installed on Faculty of Forestry was purchased with funds from Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, Faculty’s own funds earned on the market, from EU funds and in cooperation with economic subjects or as donations of individual companies. We wish to thank all institutions and companies which funded the purchase of equipment, and especially all of the scientists from Faculty of Forestry who focused big parts of their own funds earned on the market to starting up laboratories, purchase of equipment and to its installing.
