Abstract

Efikasno upravljanje poslovnim sustavima, što posebice vrijedi za proizvodna poduzeća, podrazumijeva sljedeće: proizvodnju potrebnih količina, kvalitetnih proizvoda uz tržišno prihvatljive cijene i željene rokove isporuke. Za ostvarivanje tih ciljeva primjenjuju se ERP sustavi i softveri koji služe kao integratori svih aktivnosti poduzeća. U ovom radu prikazana je primjena ERP sustava u drvoprerađivačkom poduzeću Sinago d.o.o. Objašnjene su predimplementacijske i implementacijske aktivnosti te utjecaj ERP sustava na poslovanje poduzeća.

Abstract (english)

Efficient management of business systems, which is especially true for manufacturing companies, implies the production of necessary quantities, quality products at market-acceptable prices and desired delivery dates. ERP systems and software are used to achieve these goals, which serve as integrator of all company activities. This paper presents the application of the ERP system in the wood processing company Sinago d.o.o. The pre-implementation and implementation activities and the impact of the ERP system on the company's operations are explained.
