Abstract
Ovim radom prikazuje se proces urbane regeneracije brownfield površina i svih važnijih pitanja koja obuhvaća ta problematika. Obrađuje se ekološko opterećenje i njegovo otklanjanje na takvim lokacijama, suvremeni modeli prenamjene tih površina, sudjelovanje javnosti i institucionalni okvir prenamjene brownfield područja u Republici Hrvatskoj. Svaki od tih koraka primjenjuje se na projektu urbane regeneracije „Badel“ u Sesvetama čije je idejno rješenje također prikazano u ovom radu. Naglasak se... More stavlja na sam proces urbane regeneracije i njegovu ulogu u održivom gospodarstvu, zelenim projektima i poboljšanju kvalitete života stanovnika u blizini.
