Abstract

Uvodno se obrazlaže uloga menadžmenta u organizaciji i poslovanju poduzeća.
Navode se bitne značajke top menadžmenta obzirom na hijerarhiju upravljanja,
zadaće i odgovornosti u organizaciji i prema okruženju. Nadalje, s pozicije top
menadžmenta navode se specifičnosti u upravljanju poduzećem u šumarskom
sektoru. Na primjeru poduzeća „Hrvatske šume“ prikazuju se sastav top
menadžerskog tima te zahtjevi vezani za njihove zadaće u upravljanju
poduzećem.

Abstract (english)

The introduction explains the role of the management in the organisation and
business affairs ot the company. The paper also lists the essential features of top
management according to the hierarchy of management, tasks and
responsibilities in the organisation and towards the environment. Furthermore,
the specificities of company management in the forestry sector are explained
from the position of top management. Using the example of the company
„Hrvatske šume“ the composition of the top management team is shown as well
as the requests related to their tasks in the company management.
