Abstract

Predmet istraživanja u ovom diplomskom radu je definirati izradu projekta za drvno industrijski pogon proizvodnje kuhinjskih pročelja u kojem će se odrediti tehnološki proces, strojeva i opreme, vrstu, količinu i kvalitetu sirovine te izraditi racionalni raspored strojeva. Zatim će se analizirati struktura troškova proizvodnje te predložiti cijena koštanja odabranog proizvoda. Tehnološki proces predstavlja dio proizvodnog procesa, i to onaj koji je direktno vezan za promjenu oblika, dimenzija, stanja površine i svojstava materijala (fizička i kemijska) od sirovog stanja do gotovog proizvoda, to jest uključuje sve aktivnosti koje rezultiraju kvalitativnim promjenama pri pretvaranju ulaznog materijala u gotovi proizvod. Te promjene izvode se u određenim operacijama na pojedinim radnim mjestima.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this thesis is to define the project for a wood industry production of kitchen fronts in which the technological process will be determined, machines and equipment, type, quality and quantaty of raw materials and making a rational layout of the machines will be solved. Afterwards, production costs will be analyzed and optimal product price will be suggested. The tehnological process represents a part of the production process, that is directly related to the change of shape, dimensions, surface conditions and material properties (physical and chemical), from its raw state into a finished product. That includes all the activities that result in qualitative changes while converting the input material into a finished product. These changes are performed in certain operations at individual workplaces.
