Značaj pčela ogleda se u njihovoj nezamjenjivoj ulozi kao oprašivača brojnih biljnih vrsta te proizvođača meda. U radu će biti obrađena problematika sistematike, morfologije, sociologije i značaj pčela uz prikaz karakteristika najznačajnijih vrsta pčela.
