Abstract

Cilj predložene teme diplomskog rada je istražiti glavne čimbenike procesa implementacije ERP sustava u drvoprerađivačkim poduzećima. Za prikupljanje podataka, odnosno slanje anketnog upitnika, korištena je metodologija on line pristupa ispunjavanja anketnog upitnika putem internetskog servisa Survs (www.survs.com). Za obradu podataka korištene su deskriptivne statističke metode. Na temelju teorijskog i empirijskog istraživanja odabrani su pokazatelji (razlozi, kriteriji) pomoću kojih se mjeri razina i uspješnost implementiranosti ERP sustava u drvoprerađivačka poduzeća. Rezultati pokazuju da ispitana poduzeća uglavnom implementiraju prilagođene ERP sustave u razdoblju od 1 do 3 godine ili više od 7 godina. Pri implementaciji, odnosno uvođenju ERP-a, poduzeća najčešće pristupaju postupnom uvođenju što drugim riječima znači da se implementacija provodi u nekoliko faza. Poboljšanja nakon uvođenja softvera u poduzeća najznačajnija su u području brzine povratnih informacija (od kupaca ili dobavljača), u povećanju kvalitete proizvoda zbog efikasnijeg praćenja i
nadzora proizvodnih procesa, te u skraćivanju financijskih ciklusa (zaliha, prodaje, računa potraživanja, te novca-naplata). Na temelju svih prikupljenih podataka i njihove analize vidljiv je rastući trend primjene informacijskih sustava u malim i srednjim poduzećima, jer ERP sustavi omogućuju povećanje poslovne učinkovitosti i rast produktivnosti. To u konačnici pridonosi rastu konkurentnosti poduzeća te olakšava borbu na tržištu u borbi s konkurencijom i zahtjevima globalnog tržišta.

Abstract (english)

The aim of the proposed thesis is to investigate the main factors in the process of implementation of ERP systems in wood processing companies. The methodology of the on-line approach to completing the survey via the Survs online service (www.survs.com) was used to collect the data, ie to send the questionnaire. Descriptive statistical methods were used to process the data. Based on theoretical and empirical research, indicators (reasons, criteria) were used to measure the level and success of ERP systems implementation in wood processing companies. The results show that the surveyed companies mainly implement custom ERP systems for a period of 1 to 3 years or more than 7 years. When implementing, or deploying, ERPs, businesses typically approach phasing in, which in other words means that implementation is carried out in several stages. Improvements after the introduction of software in enterprises are most significant in the field of feedback speed (from customers or suppliers), in improving the quality of products due to more efficient monitoring and control of production processes, and in shortening financial cycles (inventories, sales, accounts receivable, and cash collection). Based on all the data collected and their analysis, there is a growing trend in the use of information systems in small and medium-sized enterprises, as ERP systems allow for increased business efficiency, productivity growth. It ultimately contributes to the growth of enterprise competitiveness and facilitates market competition in the fight against competition and requirements of the global market.
