Abstract
Monitoring smrekovih potkornjaka važna je sastavnica u gospodarenju smrekovim šumama. Najboljim su se načinom suzbijanja i praćenja pokazale feromonske klopke, koje se upotrebljavaju u europskim i sjevernoameričkim državama, a našle su i veliku primjenu u šumarstvu Hrvatske. Osnovni im je cilj suzbijanje prekobrojne i samim time štetne entomofaune na način da se ne narušava ravnoteža šumskog ekosustava.
