Abstract

Rad sadrži podatke o šumarstvu u Europi i omogućuje uvid u položaj radne snage, demografsku sliku radne snage i raznolikost radne snage u šumarstvu Europe. Opisuje promjene u sektoru šumarstva i djelovanje tih promjena na radnu snagu, isto tako prikazuje okolnosti u kojem su se promjene u šumarstvu Europe događale i objašnjava uzroke promjena. Na temelju dostupnih statističkih podataka u radu su prikazane posljedice promjena za: budući smjer razvoja radne snage, obrazovanja radne snage, održivosti radne snage i utjecaju tehničko-tehnoloških promjena u industriji na radnu snagu. Obrađuje temu sigurnosti, zdravstvenog stanja radnika, promjene stupnja sigurnosti i devijacijama u stopi ozljeda radnika zaposlenih u sektoru između različitih Europskih država.

Abstract (english)

The study contains data on forestry in Europe and provides an insight into the position of the workforce, the demographic situation of the workforce and the diversity of the workforce in European forestry. It describes the changes in the forestry sector and the impact of these changes on the workforce, it also shows the circumstances in which the changes in European forestry took place and explains the causes of the changes. Based on the available statistical data, the paper presents the consequences of changes for: the future direction of workforce development, workforce education, workforce sustainability and the impact of technical and technological changes in the industry on the workforce. It analyzes the topic of safety, health status of workers, changes in the level of safety and deviations in the rate of injuries of workers employed in the sector between different European countries.
