Abstract

Zbog namjene ka smanjenju opožarenih površina koji narušavaju cjelokupnu sliku ekosustava, neophodno je poznavanje svih čimbenika koji uvjetuju sami početak te daljnji razvoj šumskih požara. Šumska goriva različito podliježu nastanku i širenju požara. Brzina širenja šumskih požara ovisi o količini goriva te o njegovim karakteristikama. Šumskim gorivom se smatra sva količina biljnog materijala koja se nalazi na nekoj površini. Ako u šumi ima više mrtvog goriva (listinac, suhe grane, grančice itd.) brzina širenja požara se povećava. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati parametre zapaljivosti i gorivosti šumskog goriva Phillyrea latifolia L..

Abstract (english)

Due to the aim of reducing burned areas that disrupt the overall picture of the ecosystem, it is necessary to know all the factors that determine the very beginning and further development of forest fires. Forest fuels are subject to the occurrence and spread of fires in different ways. The rate of spread of forest fires depends on the amount of fuel and its characteristics. Forest fuel is considered to be all the plant material found on a certain surface. If there is more dead fuel in the forest (leaves, dry branches, twigs, etc.), the speed of fire spread increases. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the flammability and combustible parameters of forest fuel Phillyrea latifolia L..
