Abstract

U upravljanju proizvodnjom i poslovanjem u novije vrijeme sve se češće koriste projekti. Za potrebe upravljanja projektima koriste se razni softverski alati koji omogućavaju lakše vođenje najrazličitijih i najkompleksnijih projekata. U diplomskom radu provest će se pregled, analiza i usporedba različitih softverskih alata za vođenje projekata sa naglaskom na glavne karakteristike programa, njihove prednosti i nedostatke. Cilj je prikupiti dovoljan broj informacija koje mogu pripomoći u donošenju odluke pri odabiru najprikladnijeg alata za upravljanje projektima, ovisno o specifičnim potrebama i složenosti projekta.

Abstract (english)

In recent times, projects are increasingly being used in production and operations management. Various software tools are employed for project management, facilitating the handling of a wide range of the most complex projects. This thesis will conduct a review, analysis, and comparison of different software tools for project management, with a focus on the main features of the programs, their advantages, and disadvantages. The aim is to gather sufficient information to assist in making a decision on selecting the most appropriate project management tool, depending on the specific needs and complexity of the project.
