Abstract

Šumska je prometna infrastruktura preduvjet održivom i suvremenom šumarstvu. Kvalitetnim rasporedom prometnica moguće je izvršiti zacrtane planove šumskogospodarskim planovima i povećati uporabu općekorisnih funkcija šuma. Isto tako, lošim rasporedom može negativno utjecati na šumski ekosustav. Iz tog razloga, nužno je utvrditi kvantitetu i kvalitetu postojećih mreža šumskih cesta te, ukoliko je potrebno, kako bi se dosegla ciljana otvorenost područja, predložiti kvalitetno daljnje otvaranje šumskih kompleksa. Ovim diplomskim radom analizirala se postojeća mreža šumskih cesta i predložilo daljnje otvaranje primarnom šumskom prometnom infrastrukturom u gospodarskoj jedinici „Mala Plješivica“, šumarija Korenica, UŠP Gospić. GIS istraživanog područja izrađen je na temelju podataka dobivenih od javnog poduzeća Hrvatske šume d.o.o. dok je uspostava registra primarne šumske prometne infrastrukture istraživanog područja obavljena u programskom alatu MS Office (2016). Rezultati analiza postojećeg stanja ukazuju na potrebu daljnjeg primarnogotvaranja teseutu svrhugospodarska jedinica otvarala sa 18 novih inačica nultih linija ukupne duljine 28,775 metara. Predložena unaprijeđena mreža primarne šumske prometne infrastrukture daje jako dobru primarnu relativnu otvorenost od 81,81 % dok se srednja geometrijska (euklidska) udaljenost privlačenja drva smanjila na 134,62 metara. Koeficijent učinkovitosti mreže šumskih prometnica unaprijeđenog stanja se smanjio za 0,60 % te sad ukupno iznosi 57.86 %.

Abstract (english)

Forest transport infrastructure is a prerequisite for sustainable and modern forestry. With a high-quality forest road network, it is possible to carry out forest management plans and increase the use of the forest functions of general benefit. On the other hand, a bad network layout can negatively affect the forest ecosystem. For this reason, it is necessary to determine the quantity and quality of the existing forest road network and, if necessary, in order to achieve the targeted accessibility of the area, to propose a new forest roads. This thesis deals withthe analysisandplaning of primary forest road infrastructure in the forest management unit “Mala Plješivica” forestry office Korenica, forest administration Gospić. The GIS of the studied area was created based on data obtained from the public company Hrvatske šume d.o.o, while the establishment of the primary forest road infrastructure register for the studied area was created using the MS Office software (2016). The results of the analysis of the current state indicate the need for futrher primary road development. For this purpose, 18 new versions of zero lines with a total length of 28,775 meters were added to the forest management unit. The improved network of primary forest road infrastructure provides very good relative accessibility of 81,81 %, while the mean geometric (euclidean) timber extraction distance has been reduced to 134,62 meters. The efficiency coefficient of the forest road network of the improved network decreased by 0,60 %, now totaling 57,86 %.
