| Abstract | S brzim rastom tržišta, primjenom novih tehnologija te smanjenjem troškova transporta i proizvodnje mijenja se ekonomski poredak. Svrha ulaganja je unaprijediti poslovni razvoj i tehnološku spremnost poduzeća proširenjem proizvodnih i ljudskih kapaciteta. Jačanjem razvojnog potencijala stvoriti će se uvjeti koji zadovoljava potražnju te će se time povećati i konkurentnost na domaćem i inozemnom tržištu. U isto vrijeme doprinos je jačanje konkurentnosti i razvoja. Poduzeće je konkurentno ako može proizvesti proizvode i usluge više kvalitete i nižih troškova naspram ostalih poduzeća na tržištu. U današnje vrijeme proizvodni sustavi se moraju prilagođavati svakodnevnim promjenama koje zahtijevaju inovativnosti i veće zahtjeve kupaca za kvalitetom proizvoda, cijenom i rokom isporuke. Potrebno je kontinuirano poduzimati mjere kao što su povećanje efikasnosti i produktivnosti, smanjenje troškova proizvodnje, primjena novih tehnologija skraćivanje protoka kroz proizvodnju uz poboljšanja kvalitete proizvoda. Efikasnosti proizvodnog procesa ostvaruje se kroz niz međusobno povezanih aktivnosti kao što su: promišljeno planiranje izbora proizvodnih kapaciteta (strojeva), dizajniranja rasporeda strojeva, planiranja i odabira adekvatnog radnog kadra i dr. Ovim radom nastojao se izraditi primjenjivi model projektiranja proizvodnog procesa sa svim specifičnim značajkama koje utječu na projektiranje. Na temeljnu istražene relevantne literature i odabranih metodoloških postupaka prikupljeni su podatci iz istraživačkih poligona drvnoindustrijskih poduzeća. Nadalje, na osnovu dizajna rasporeda proizvodnog sustava, to jest prostornog rasporeda elemenata i odjela, analizirani su tokovi materijala i njihove materijalne komponente. Nakon statističke obrade podataka predložen je novi inovativniji i efikasniji model proizvodnog sustava, što je i predstavljao konačni cilj ovog rada. |
| Abstract (english) | With the rapid growth of the market, the application of new technologies the reduction of transport and production costs, the economic order is changing. The purpose of the investment is to improve the business development and technological readiness of the company by expanding production and human capacities. By strengthening the development potential, conditions will be created that meet the demand, and thus competitiveness on the domestic and foreign markets will increase. At the same time, the contribution is the strengthening of competitiveness and development. A company is competitive if it can produce products and services of higher quality and lower costs, compared to other companies on the market. Nowadays, production systems have to adapt to daily changes that require innovation and higher customer demands for product quality, price and deliverytime. It is necessaryto continuouslyundertake measures such as increasing efficiency and productivity, reducing production costs, applying new technologies, shortening the flow through production while improving product quality. The efficiency of the production process is achieved through a series of interrelated activitiessuchas: thoughtful planningofthe choice ofproductioncapacities(machines), designing the layout of machines, planning and selecting adequate personnel, etc. This work tried to create an applicable model of designing the production process with all specific features which affect the designing. On the basis of researched relevant literature and selected methodological procedures, data were collected from research polygons of wood industry companies. Furthermore, based on the design of the layout of the production system, that is, the spatial arrangement of elements and departments material flows and their material components were analyzed. After the statistical processing of the data, a new, more innovative and efficient model of the production system was proposed, which was the final goal of this work. |
