Abstract
Karakterizacija kemijskih spojeva odgovornih za mirise karakteristične za različite biljke već su desetljećima predmetom istraživanja u kemiji. Ustanovljeno je također, da mirisi biljaka imaju i neke prirodne funkcije, npr. u obrani od napasnika. Osima toga, dekorativna vrijednost cvjetnih i voćnih mirisa opće je poznata. U ovome završnome radu načinjen je pregled odabranih biljnih vrsta, tj. prirodnih organskih spojeva koji njima „daju“ karakterističan miris. Načinjen je osvrt na ulogu mirisa...
