Abstract
Tijekom 2020. godine je na području Gunje zabilježeno odumiranje sadnica hrasta lužnjaka (Quercus robur L.) starosti šest godina na velikim površinama. Iz simptomatičnog tkiva drva i kore je izolirana gljiva Diaporthe eres Nitschtke. Cilj ovoga rada je utvrditi patogenost nađene gljive inokulacijom u zdrave sadnice hrasta lužnjaka. Na inokuliranim sadnicama biti će praćen razvoj simptoma te će potom ponovno biti izvršen pokušaj izolacije gljive iz simptomatičnog tkiva. Dobiveni rezultati će ukazati na patogenost istraživane gljive prema hrastu lužnjaku
