Abstract

Pergole su se kao konstrukcije od početka proizvodile od drva iz razloga što je drvo jednostavniji materijal za obradu te nije bilo potrebe za visokom tehnologijom. Iako je drvo kao materijal jednostavniji za obradu od drugih materijala kao što su kamen i željezo, procesi obrade drva trebaju biti pažljivo odabrani kako bi se postigla pravilna izvedba te isključila mogućnost naknadnih pojava grešaka na gotovoj konstrukciji. Za pravilnu izvedbu konstrukcije pergole bitno je znati njenu namjenu te kako bih je krajnji korisnik koristio. Po vrsti pergole, kupac može birati između različitih materijala poput, različitih kovina, kamena i drva te po njezinoj namjeni i stupnju zaštite od atmosferskih utjecaja. Ukoliko se odabere izrada konstrukcije pergole od drva, potrebno je pomno odabrati vrstu drva koja bi bila ugrađena. Na odabir vrste drva utječu dostupnost standardne drvene građe u potrebnim dimenzijama te sama anatomska struktura, kemijski sadržaj te fizikalna svojstva koja diktiraju postojanost drva pri uvjetima u upotrebi. Pri izradi konstrukcije drvene pergole se mogu koristiti i razni nedrvni materijali poput metalnih poveznika i vijaka. Dizajniranje i konstruiranje drvene pergole je usko vezano uz zahtjeve kupca u pogledu namjene te odabrane vrste drva. Pri konstruiranju se je najbitnije osvrnuti na zaštitu drva od svih atmosferskih utjecaja, a ponajviše od utjecaja vode. Kako bih se kvalitetno konstruirana konstrukcija mogla proizvest potrebno je postaviti tehnološke procese proizvodnje tako da se efikasno mogu obavljati radnje te da se kao rezultat dobiju elementi zadovoljavajuće kvalitete koje će se pri montaži moći ugraditi bez nepotrebnih problema. Sama montaža drvene pergole nosi veliku važost kod ispunjenja kvalitete finalnog proizvoda iz razloga što se konstruiranje oslanja na ispravnu montažu.

Abstract (english)

Pergolas have traditionally been constructed from wood, as it is a material that is easier to work with and doesn't require advanced technology. Although wood is simpler to process compared to other materials like stone and iron, the woodworking processes must be carefully chosen to ensure proper construction and avoid potential defects in the finished product. For the correct construction of a pergola, it is important to understand its intended purpose and how the end user will utilize it. Depending on the type of pergola, the buyer can choose between different materials such as various metals, stone, and wood, considering its function and level of protection from weather elements.If the pergola is to be made from wood, careful selection of the wood type is essential. This decision is influenced by the availability of standard wood materials in the required dimensions, as well as the anatomical structure, chemical content, and physical properties of the wood, which determine its durability under usage conditions. In the construction of wooden pergolas, various non-wood materials, such as metal connectors and screws, can also be used.The design and construction of a wooden pergola are closely tied to the customer’s requirements in terms of its purpose and the chosen type of wood. The most important factor during construction is ensuring the protection of the wood from all atmospheric elements, especially water. For the structure to be well-constructed and of high quality, it is necessary to set up the technological production processes in a way that allows for efficient execution of tasks and results in elements of satisfactory quality that can be installed without unnecessary problems. The assembly of the wooden pergola is crucial for achieving the quality of the final product because the construction relies on proper installation.
