Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu istražuje se emisija zvuka strojeva za mehaničku obradu drva, stolne glodalice i kružne pile. Definiran je pojam buke, njezine značajke i iskazivanje, te štetni učinci buke na ljudski organizam pri izlaganju na radnom mjestu. Analizirane su mogućnosti zaštite radnika od buke. Analizirani su i uspoređeni rezultati emisije buke pri praznom hodu stroja i tijekom obrade dvije različite vrste drva (jelovine i hrastovine) pri dvije različite posmične brzine. Pri obradi uzoraka od jelovine na stolnoj glodalici zabilježena je veća razina buke u odnosu na obradu uzoraka od hrastovine. Suprotno tome pri obradi uzoraka od hrastovine na kružnoj pili zabilježena je veća razina buke u odnosu na obradu uzoraka od jelovine. Pri većoj posmičnoj brzini izmjerena je veća razina buke na oba stroja i pri obradi obje vrste drva. Obrada kružnom pilom više opterećuje okolinu bukom od stolne glodalice i pri praznom hodu stroja i pri obradi drva. Izmjerene razine buke uspoređene su s propisanim graničnim vrijednostima izloženosti te su doneseni zaključci o mogućnostima smanjenja emisija buke i nužnosti uporabe osobnih zaštitnih sredstava.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the sound emission of mechanical woodworking machines - table moulding machine and circular saw has been researched. The concept of noise is defined, its characteristics and measurement units, and the harmful effects of noise on the human body during exposure at the workplace. The possibilities of protecting workers from noise were analyzed. The results of the noise emission, when the machine is idling and during the processing of two different types of wood (fir and oak) at two different feed speeds, were analyzed and compared. During the processing of samples made of fir on the moulding machine, a higher noise level was recorded compared to the processing of samples made of oak. Conversely, when processing oak samples on the circular saw, a higher noise level was measured compared to the processing of fir samples. At higher feed rates, a greater noise level was recorded on both machines and during the processing of both types of wood. The operation of the circular saw emits a higher level of noise compared to the milling machine, both during idling and wood processing. The measured noise levels were compared with the prescribed exposure limit values, and conclusions were drawn about the possibilities of reducing the noise emissions of these machines and the necessity of using personal protective equipment.
