Abstract

Ovaj rad temeljen je na provedbi prosudbe stanje stabala u perivoju kompleksa dvoraca Tikveš koristeći „češku‟ metodu za prosudbu stanja stabala. Glavni cilj je bio dati prijedlog arborikulturnih zahvata na stablima s obzirom na utvrđeno stanje i značajke prostora. Također su se prodiskutirale prednosti i nedostaci češke metode, isto kao i mogući budući koraci za obnovu povijesnog perivoja. Provedenom vizualnom prosudbom stanja stabala korištenjem „češke‟ metode u perivoju kompleksa dvoraca Tikveš utvrđeno je da u perivoju prevladavaju srednjedobna i zrela stabla te da je većini jedinki vitalnost dobra, isto kao i sveukupno zdravstveno stanje i stabilnost. Većini stabala prosuđena je dugoročna uzgojna perspektiva. Od sveukupno 328 stabala, 28 ih je potrebno rušiti, dok 101 stablo treba orezati, najčešće zahtijevano je čišćenje krošnje od suhih grana. Prirodnom razvoju bez potrebnih intervencija prepušteno je 131 (40 %), dok ostatak stabala treba redovito kontrolirati.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper was to conduct tree assessment on the trees found in the park of the Tikveš Complex Castle using the "Czech" method for tree state estimation. The main objective was to propose arboricultural interventions on trees given the established state and area conditions. The advantages and disadvantages of the Czech method were also discussed, as well as possible future steps for the revitalization of the historic park. Using the "Czech" method, visual inspection of the trees was conducted in the park of the Tikveš Complex Castle. It was found that the majority of the trees are middle-aged and mature trees and that most individuals have good vitality, as well as their overall health state and stability. Most trees are estimated to have long-term silvicultural perspective. Of the total of 328 trees, 28 need to be felled, while 101 trees require pruning, most often it being crown cleaning. As many as 131 (40%) can be left to natural development without necessary intervention, while the rest of the trees should be regularly monitored.
