Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje problematiku buke u drvnoj industriji, s posebnim naglaskom na sustave za odsis i transport drvnih čestica putem zraka, te njihovim utjecajem na okolinu i okolno stanovništvo. Buka iz ovih sustava može značajno narušiti kvalitetu života lokalnih zajednica i pridonijeti ekološkom onečišćenju. Rad analizira postojeće tehnologije i metode za smanjenje buke u okoliš. Predlažu se napredne metode, uključujući primjenu zvučno izolacijskih materijala, s ciljem smanjenja buke i zaštite okoliša te zdravlja i dobrobiti okolnog stanovništva.

Abstract (english)

This thesis addresses the issue of noise in the wood industry, with a particular focus on air extraction and transport systems for the wood particles, and their impact on the environment and surrounding population. The noise generated by these systems can significantly disrupt the quality of life in local communities and contribute to environmental pollution. The study analyzes existing technologies and methods for reducing noise emissions into the environment, with a specific focus on acoustic protection and minimizing negative environmental impacts. Advanced methods are proposed, including the application of soundproofing materials and the optimization of ventilation system design, aiming to reduce noise and protect the environment, as well as the health and well-being of the surrounding population.
