Povezanost širine goda i momenta sile prilikom uzimanja izvrtaka hrasta lužnjaka (Quercur robur L.) i poljskog jasena (Fraxinus angustifolia Vahl) Presslerovim svrdlom

Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu istraživana su kretanja momenata sila na četiri različite vrste tvrdih listača pomoću tri različita Presslerova svrdla. Mjereno je na hrastu lužnjaku, hrastu kitnjaku običnoj bukvi i poljskom jasenu, a korištena su svrdla Haglöf 5,15mm, Haglöf 10mm i Djos 5,15mm. Mjereni su i pomaci svrdla prilikom ubušivanja, i analizirano koliko svrdla stablo istisne. Na Lintab stereo lupi analizirani su izvrtci, a time i izmjerene širine godova u programu Tsap-Win. Ekstrapolirani su podatci širine goda iz Tsap-Win programa u Microsoft Excel, gdje je izračunata je prosječna širina goda. Usporedbom podataka o prosječnoj širini goda i momenta sile, zaključena je povezanost širine godova i potrebnog momenta sile. Svi su podatci statistički obrađeni korelacijskom i regresijskom analizom. Napravljeni su regresijski modeli za procjenu momenta sile ovisno o dubini ubušivanja i širini goda. Rezultati ovoga rada mogu pripomoći boljem razumijevanju rada svrdala, i u konačnici poslužiti u izradi prototipa bušilice za prirasna svrdla.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the movements of torque were researched on four diferent hardwood tree species using three different tipes of Pressler increment borer. It was researched on english oak, irish oak, common beech and the narrow-leaved ash using Haglöf 5,15mm, Haglöf 10mm i Djos 5,15mm increment borers. Also ,the movements of the borers during drilling were measured, and how much is of the borer being pushed out from the tree. The tree-ring cores were analysed on the lintab measuring table, and the tree ring width were mesaured in Tsap-Win program. The data was extrapolated from Tsap-Win to the Microsoft Excel, where the averge tree-ring width was calculated. By comparison of the tree-ring width data and torque data, it was concluded that tree ring width and needed torque for drilling are connected. All data were statistically processed using corerelation and regression analyses. Regression models were created to estimate the needed torque depending on the drilling depth and the tree ring width. The results of these thesis can help us for better understanding of the principal of how increment borers work, and finally help us in making an increment borer-drill prototype.
