Abstract

U radu je istraživan utjecaj frekvencije vrtnje (865 i 1520 min-1) i dubina zavarivanja (20 i 25 mm) na temperaturu u rotacijski zavarenom spoju. Smjer zavarivanje bio je okomito na smjer vlakanaca uz konstantno trajanje zavarivanja. Temperatura se mjerila pomoću mjernih sondi postavljenih okomito na smjer provrta za moždanik. Statističkom analizom utvrđeno je kako uzorci borovine zavareni većom frekvencijom vrtnje (1520 min-1) postižu prosječno veće iznose izvlačne sile, dok kod bukovine između skupina (kombinacija različitih frekvencija vrtenje i dubine zavarivanja) ne postoji statistički značajne razlike. Temperatura zavarivanja ovisi o frekvenciji vrtnje, time veće iznose temperature postižu uzorci zavareni frekvencijom 1520 min-1. Utvrđeno je kako ne postoji statistički značajna razlika između uzoraka iste frekvencije vrtnje bez obzira na dubinu. Međutim, postoji statistički značajna razlika između uzoraka različite frekvencije vrtnje. Izvedena je jednadžba prijenosa topline koja nam prikazuje faktore koji utječu na izmjerenu temperaturu, a ona ovisi o vremenu, intenzitetu izvora, te o koeficijentu toplinske vodljivosti materijala. Abstract (english)

The paper will investigate the influence of the rotation frequency (865 and 1520 rpm) and the welding depth (20 and 25 mm) at the temperature in the rotary welded joint. The welding direction is perpendicular to the direction of the fibers with constant welding time. The temperature is measured by means of measuring probes set vertically on the rotor bore direction. KEYWORD DOCUMENTATION Previous research on the topic above has been studied and a comparison with their own research results has been carried out. Statistical analysis showed that pine samples welded at a higher rotation frequency (1520 rpm) achieve average higher amounts of pulling force, while there are no statistically significant differences between beech groups. The welding temperature depends on the frequency of rotation, hence the higher temperatures reach the welded frequency of 1520 rpm. It was found that there is no statistically significant difference between samples of the same frequency regardless of depth. However, there is a statistically significant difference between different frequency patterns. A heat transfer equation shows the factors affecting on the measured temperature, depending on time, intensity of the source and the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the material. Less
