Abstract

U ovome radu će se istraživati utjecaj emulzija s dodatkom nanočestica titanijevog dioksida na stabilnost boje drva ubrzano izloženog UV svjetlosti. Različite vrste emulzija s obzirom na vrstu titanijevog dioksida i način pripreme, ručno će se nanositi na uzorke drva koji će biti izloženi u QUV uređaju opremljenom UVA-340 fluorescentnim lampama. Tijekom izlaganja UV svjetlosti mjerit će se promjena boje i sjaja te promatrati opći izgled površine uzoraka

Abstract (english)

This master thesis will research the impact of emulsion with addition of nanoparticles of titanium dioxide on colour stability of wood which is rapidly exposed to UV light. Different types of emulsions according to the type of titanium dioxide and preparation method will be manually applied on wood samples which will be exposed in QUV apparatus equipped with UVA-340 fluorescent lamps. During exposure to UV light changes in colour and gloss will be measured as well as observance of the general appearance of surface of samples.
