Abstract

Cilj ovog istraživanja je utvrditi povezanost kvalitete trupca i uspješnost njegove obrade u lamele za izradu gotovog parketakao krajnjeg proizvoda. Također je cilj utvrditi koje se greške sušenja najčešće pojavljuju na lamelama. U svrhu istraživačkog dijela ovog diplomskog rada raspiljeno je 52,20 m3 trupaca I. pilanske klase, 60,51 m3, II. pilanske klase te 55,15 m3 III. pilanske klase. Zaključeno je da je iskorištenje pilanske sirovine pri izradi lamela najveće kod trupaca I. pilanske klase, kod trupaca II. i III. pilanske klase iskorišenje je manje za oko 30 % u odnosu na I. pilansku klasu kod dimenzija lamela 1185x160x3,1. Za dimenziju 2215x205x3,8 ABCD iskorištenja su podjednaka kod I. i II. pilanske klase, a iz III. pilanske klase nije se dobila niti jedna lamela ovih dimenzija. Kod dimenzija lamela 2215x205x3,8 RUSTIK, iskorištenje trupaca I. pilanske klase dvostruko je veće nego kod trupaca II. pilanske klase. Kao i kod klase ABCD, niti jedna lamela nije izrađena iz III. pilanske klase trupaca. Greške koje su nastale prilikom sušenja bile su čeone pukotine, površinske pukotine te diskoloracije. Primjećuje se da je pojava čeonih pukotina ugrubo podjednaka kod svih klasa, najviše ih je bilo kod dimenzija 2215x205x3,8 RUSTIK, dok ih je najmanje bilo kod dimenzija 1185x160x3,1. Kod površinskih pukotina pojavnost iznosi 2,7 % kod kraćih lamela, dok je kod većih lamela klase RUSTIK udio površinskih pukotina znatno veći te je iznosila 17,5 %.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this research is to determine the connection between the quality of the log and the success of its processing into lamellas for the production of finished parquet as the final product. The goal is also to determine which wooddrying defects most often appear on the lamellas. For the purpose of the research, 52.20 m3 of I. sawmill class logs were sawed, 60.51 m3, II. sawmill class and 55.15 m3 III. sawmill class.
It was concluded that the use of sawn raw material in the production of lamellas is the highest in logs of the I. sawn class, in logs of the II. class. and III. sawmill class utilization is less by about 30% compared to the I. sawmill class with lamella dimensions 1185x160x3.1. For the dimension 2215x205x3.8 ABCD, the uses are equal in I. and II. sawmill class, and from III. not a single lamella of these dimensions was obtained from the sawmill class. With the dimensions of the lamellas 2215x205x3.8 RUSTIK, the utilization of I. sawmill class logs is twice as high as with II. logs. sawmill class. As with class ABCD, not a single lamella is made from III. sawmill grade logs.
Defects that occurred during drying were frontal cracks, surface cracks and discoloration. It is noticed that the occurrence of frontal cracks is roughly the same in all classes, the most of them were in the dimensions 2215x205x3.8 RUSTIK, while the least were in the dimensions 1185x160x3.1. The incidence of surface cracks is 2.7% for shorter lamellas, while the proportion of surface cracks is significantly higher for larger lamellas of the RUSTIK class and amounts to 17.5%.
